Core Advantages of the TWR300 Mini Three-Wheel Loader

  1. User-Friendly Operation Equipped with steering wheel control and full hydraulic drive, the seated operating design delivers superior driving comfort. Intuitive and easy to master, operators can get to work after minimal basic training.
  2. Optimized for Tight Spaces The ultra-compact body measures less than 1 meter in width and under 2 meters in overall length, paired with ultra-tight turning capability. Its streamlined footprint makes it perfectly suited for work in restricted, narrow environments.
  3. Multi-Tool Compatibility for All-in-One Use Quick-change attachments allow seamless conversion into a forklift, lawn mower, rotary tiller, road sweeper, wood chipper, material mixer, snow blower, earth auger and more within minutes.
  4. Extensive Versatility Beyond typical applications for standard mini skid steer and wheel loaders, this unit is specially optimized for property maintenance, agriculture, landscaping, orchards, greenhouses, woodland farms, basements and narrow passageways.

Structural Features of the TWR300 Three-Wheel Loader

1. Frame & Body Construction

  • Heavy-duty welded steel frame with triangular three-wheel layout; total machine weight 455kg, delivering a low center of gravity for outstanding stability and anti-tip performance.
  • Semi-open hood design for fast, straightforward maintenance; optional safety rollover protection frame to maximize operator safety.
  • Hydraulic steering system without mechanical tie rods. With a width under 1m and length under 2m, it navigates yards, alleys, greenhouses, farms and woodland with ease.

2. Power System

  • 15KW RATO740 twin-cylinder engine with 739cc displacement, meeting European and American emission standards.
  • Fully hydraulic closed-circuit system with plunger pump + pilot pump (for travel, working and auxiliary functions).
  • Full hydraulic three-wheel drive (two front wheels + one rear wheel), each fitted with an independent hydraulic motor. Synchronized forward and reverse three-wheel drive maximizes traction and flexible mobility.

3. Travel & Steering System

  • 3-wheel configuration (2 front, 1 rear) with full-time drive for boosted pulling force.
  • Heavy-duty low-pressure industrial pneumatic tires with deep, blocky treads to deliver exceptional grip on muddy, gravel and soft ground to prevent slippage. The pneumatic design cushions ground impact, protects the chassis and improves ride comfort.
  • Hydraulic steering controlled via steering wheel for ultra-responsive turning. Hydraulic braking system with switchable high/low speed modes for working and transport duties.

4. Working Mechanism & Attachment Interface

  • Dual lift & tilt hydraulic cylinders paired with boom, arm and linkage assembly; maximum lifting height 1.8m, rated load capacity 250KG.
  • Standard quick-hitch interface enables fast swapping of dozens of attachments including buckets, pallet forks, lawn mowers, sweepers, hydraulic breakers, mixing barrels, snow blowers and earth augers.

5. Operation & Safety System

  • Integrated single front joystick controls lifting, dumping and attachment functions; steering wheel for directional control; foot pedals for forward and reverse travel.
  • Front and rear LED work lights for night operation. Open-style operator seat with optional rear safety protection frame.
  • Triangular weight distribution ensures stable operation with minimal risk of rollover for enhanced safety.

6. Low-Maintenance Design

All-hydraulic layout eliminates mechanical gearboxes and transmission assemblies, cutting failure rates and delivering low maintenance requirements and minimal long-term operating costs.

Global Application Advantages

  • The three-wheel layout delivers powerful traction and outstanding agility, making it highly popular among European and American farmers for barn cleanup and small construction sites.
  • Compact three-wheel design paired with the RATO low-emission engine complies with EU and US environmental standards. Fast-switch attachments such as pallet forks, bale forks, breakers and sweepers suit vineyards, estates, private yards and small municipal works, perfectly matching agricultural and residential demand in Europe and North America.
  • Lightweight full-drive construction with tight turning radius is ideal for property waste handling, sports court material transport and light earthmoving tasks.
  • Low noise and low emission output, combined with wide block-tread tires, supports dual seasonal use: snow removal in winter and landscaping maintenance in summer, compatible with snow blowers, planers and trench diggers. Its stable hydraulic system performs reliably in frigid climates, with grapple attachments for log moving, tree transplanting and branch cleanup-widely adopted on farms and forestry sites across Norway, Sweden and Canada.
  • Ultra-narrow body and sharp turning capability enable access to woodlands, planting greenhouses, livestock barns, basements and narrow alleys and other confined work zones.
