Our QC runs through every stage from raw material to pre-shipment delivery, IQC-IPQC- FQC-OQC full inspection system.

  1. IQC Incoming Material Inspection

All steel, hydraulic parts, engine, electrical accessories pass raw material test (hardness, tensile strength, material composition). Unqualified materials are rejected directly, only standard raw materials enter production.

  1. IPQC In-Process Inspection

QC supervisors patrol every workshop station; sampling check dimension tolerance, welding firmness, assembly gap at each working procedure. Real-time production record & batch traceability code for every machine.

  1. FQC Finished Machine Comprehensive Test

Every finished machine undergoes mandatory aging test:

  • 24-72hcontinuous no-load & load running test
  • Hydraulic pressure, lifting force, driving performance, safety function full check

  1. OQC Pre-Shipment Final Inspection

Before packing, recheck model, configuration, quantity, document matching; adopt moisture-proof, shock-resistant export wooden case/film packaging for long sea transportation safety.
